I bought some more gravel and filled all the gaps in the sleeps hopefully this will keep the enemy out. Perfect opportunity to tidy the plants up too and cull some weedy ones.

First a killer beetle now a slimy snail

I just found a slimed up chilli plant, then I found a big snail hiding. It quickly took a flying lesson.
I blocked up some of the holes between my railway sleeper base with some gravel.
I’m going snail hunting tonight.

This manky plant which I thought was dying, has some tiny red chilli’s. I don’t fancy eating them though.
The Lonely Heart Chilli plant has some decent chilli fruit on it.

I went to the Pho Cafe in the Westfield Shopping Centre. The food was first class but I’d rather eat in one of their small cafes than the open plan food court at Westfield.
Still eating in a food court is better than shopping.

I noticed some of my chilli’s were being eaten.
I found this orange chilli eating bastard in one of my pot trays.
Take a closer look at the chilli eater. Probably explains why I found all the leaves missing off my recently dead Dorset Naga plants. I’m sure my bottom should be relieved.
