Chilli Spanish Omlette

A good base of olive oil, lazy garlic, green pepper corns, fresh butchered chilli’s and a splooge of Pain 100%.

Throw in some vegetables and chicken.

Season a few eggs and milk.

Simmer for a while.

Slice up some Manchego.

Pour on the eggs and lay on the Manchego.

Keep on the heat then grill the top for a while.

Some cheese and wine.

Lots of stirring.

A very spiky tasty fondue.

I couldn’t sleep and had some violent nightmares when I finally did sleep.

I went to Costco and bought an Aero Garden

I saw them a while ago but they were the wrong side of £100, Costco had them for £90 so I made an impulse purchase.

It came with a tomato kit, so I cracked it open and replaced the seeds with chilli seeds.

I bought a couple of bottles of Pain 100%  chilli sauce. It’s very hot. I met a local chilli brother in a pub and gave him a bottle, later at midnight we were in the kebab shop trying it.
