I was quite keen to try the chilli beers but they didn’t do it for me. I’m sure they were nice but all beer based but I’m a dedicated lager lout.

Last night with a little help from the chilli society and a chain saw I got the poly tunnel up and I got my self an huge hangover today.

My new greenhouse heater, genius (maybe)

The theory is at night it adds warmth to the greenhouse and cools the beer. In the daytime heat it shouldn’t do much and as it’s insulated the beer should remain cool. The more beer that goes through the fridge the more heat it chucks out.

I ventured into Wilkos today to see what gardening bargains they had. I couldn’t resist a Poblano chilli kit and big Jalepeno kit which I bought just because it comes with a chilli bucket.
